Catherine Zeta Jones has come out and said the rumours about her being pregnant or not true. And we can say we are officially glad about this. We love Michael Douglas but he is getting on a bit for being a new dad. And we didn’t really imagine that Michael and Catherine actually still, you know, did it. They already have two children together. There is 12 year old Dylan and 8 year old Carys. There were rumours that they were expecting another little one after a magazine suggested that Catherine was sporting a baby bump. To add to that, Catherine then pulled out of promotion work for her new film Lay the Favourite. She said she could no longer make the festival she was due to be at for it – the Sundance film festival. This made people even more suspicious that she was maybe staying out of the public eye before she announced her pregnancy. But now we all know, none of this was true – as Catherine got her spokesperson to release a statement saying it was “not true” Catherine didn’t really explain the reason for her baby bump – maybe she just ate too much over Christmas. She did explain about the Sundance Festival. She said she is unable to make it because she will be filming in New Orleans. She’s doing a film with Russell Crowe called Broken City and is needed on that day. We think she’s too busy to even get the chance to get pregnant again. She seems to just make movie after movie. Apart from the ones we’ve already mentioned, Catherine Zeta Jones will also star in the film Rock of Ages. She is alongside Tom Cruise and Russell Brand in that film. It opens in America on 15th June.
