Beyonce has splashed out on a portable nursery so her daughter doesn't feel homesick. The 31-year-old singer and husband Jay-Z have specially-designed the mobile room for 14-month-old Blue Ivy featuring furniture and toys identical to ones she has at home to help her adjust when she accompanies her famous mother on the road when her 'Mrs. Carter Show' world tour starts next month. A source told The Sun newspaper: "Jay and Beyonce have designed it for the 'Mrs. Carter Show' tour so she doesn't feel unsettled. "They've got toys, a cot, a table and rugs just like the ones she has at home." It was reported earlier this year that Jay-Z - whose real name is Shawn Carter - has rented a $1 million nursery at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn so he and his wife can take their daughter along when they go to the arena to watch his basketball team the Brooklyn Nets. A source said at the time: "Jay rents a luxurious basement suite for $1 million a year. It has an area for Blue filled with toys." However, the VIP space is not just for kids, it can also be converted into an entertainment area for adults. The insider added: "It's all glass with a champagne bar and TV screen. Jay lets friends use his digs when he's not there."
