Beyonce and Jay Z are house-hunting in Los Angeles. The New York-based couple are said to have "discreetly viewed" a number of properties in the Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills and Bel-Air areas of the city and have even enrolled their three-year-old daughter Blue Ivy into school already. According to TMZ, the unnamed establishment - which charges over $15,000 a year in fees - have broken their admissions policy in allowing the youngster to join the toddler class midway through the year as they usually only allow new students to join at the beginning of the year. The couple - who spent last summer renting a $200,000-a-month mansion in the city - are said to have not yet found a property that meets their needs and are currently living in a hotel in Beverly Hills while their search for the perfect home continues. They are relocating for a "change of scenery" but are not expected to sell their New York base.
