Beyonce's figure, just like most celebrities seemed to ping back into place after she has her baby in January. Her trainer has claimed that she was on a strict diet and exercised a lot. He said his advice to her was "Be sensible and exercise constantly." Beyonce, however, claims it wasn’t as tough as that. She has told about how much she is loving her body now she is back in shape after having Blue Ivy. She wanted to make sure she was back on top form for her first gigs as a mother, when she performs in May in America. She insists that she didn't over-do it, and started off with walking before ramping it up to running - a bit of a different story to her trainer’s words of exercise constantly. She also told about how other natural things helped her lose the weight. She said: "I lost most of my weight from breast-feeding and I encourage women to do it; it's just so good for the baby and good for yourself. I counted calories. I worked out maybe three to four times a week. I did a lot walking in the beginning and now I'm running. But I had to work my way up. I couldn't just go right from being pregnant to running." Beyonce also revealed that she did her best to feel pretty for the birth 0 she had her nails done and her hair done, but still didn’t feel attractive. She said: "I didn't feel that I looked beautiful during birth but who does? After being pumped with all those fluids and gaining so much weight. I barely recognised myself. But after many hours of labour I could care less about anything but my child. I didn't care how I looked." Good B! We’re glad you’re normal!
