Arnold Schwarzenegger needs to take naps in the afternoons. The actor spends two hours in the gym every day and insisted on doing his own fight scenes in new action film 'Sabotage', but has to take it easy when the cameras stopped rolling. He said: "Yeah, I sometimes take a nap in the afternoon. "I sometimes take them when I feel sleepy and I am at home, then I have the luxury of lying down for an hour." But the former Governor of California, who will start filming 'Terminator 5' in coming weeks, doesn't get chance to snooze on set because of his busy schedule. He explained: "You get an hour lunch break and then you work until seven at night, so there's not like, 'OK guys, why don't you continue, I am going to take a little nap... There's not time for that." The actor insists he is still up to the demands of physical roles. He added: "If you don't like that then you are in the wrong business. "It's like if you do something unusual and you are tired, the next day your body doesn't come back as quickly as when you were 30 years old. But, other than that, I can still do all the running, the jumping and the fight scenes."
