We find it a little ironic to hear Adele say that she feels like she has hit the jackpot by getting pregnant – because really, when you look at her bank balance, she hit the jackpot a long time ago. Adele – worth millions – announced to the world that she was expecting her first child last month, and we have to confess – we were shocked. When she said she was going to take some time out to live a bit – we imagined travelling, drunken nights out – not babies and nappies. At least Adele is extremely happy. She seems settled with her charity manager boyfriend Simon and they are both pleased at the thought of becoming parents. One thing Adele is also happy that she can now do is eat whatever she wants. Before her pregnancy she has been on a diet and trimmed down but she is using her growing bump as an excuse to eat her favourite foods. A source said: "Adele told friends she's so happy now there's a proper bump. She's joking she wants to eat shepherd's pie until the cows come home. Its true love between her and Simon They are committed to each other and ready to be a family. Adele feels that falling pregnant is like hitting the jackpot. She said, 'I've been on a high for a year with my work and personal life, but the best is yet to come." Adele was also spotted earlier on this week at a line dancing class near her home. She apparently joined in as much as she could and even bought a DVD so she could try it at home. Slightly random, and one funny thing was that nobody else at the line dancing class recognised Adele, so she got away with that one. She might not have time to do much line dancing though – as the rumour is that her baby is due in September.
