Adam Levine has offered to pay for Christina Grimmie's funeral. The 37-year-old Maroon 5 frontman, who coached Christina on the sixth season of 'The Voice' in 2014, has told her brother, Marcus, he will pay for her funeral costs after she was shot and killed after a show in Orlando, Florida. Marcus wrote on Facebook: "I found out this morning that Adam Levine personally called my mother and said he will pay for her funeral and her plane flight, and I was blown away." Adam previously spoke of the sadness he and his wife have both felt since news of Christina's death filtered through to them. He said: "Behati [Prinsloo] and I are absolutely devastated and heartbroken by Christina Grimmie's tragic death. "Our hearts go out to her family. Christina was a natural, a gifted talent that comes along so rarely. She was taken from us too soon. This is yet another senseless act of extreme violence. I am left stunned and confused how these things can conceivably continue to happen in our world." Meanwhile, Marcus also revealed that Christina's manager Brian Teefey has set up a GoFundMe to help cover the cost of funeral expenses. In response to the support his family has received since the tragic incident, Marcus wrote: "Words cannot express. "Literally I have no words. I promise both my parents and I will read every one of these personalized messages. I'm so blown away by everything right now. But all I can say is thank you. And Christina will be missed and never ever forgotten. (sic)" This comes shortly after police identified Christina's killer as Kevin James Loibl from St. Petersburg, Florida, who police believe travelled to the gig in Orlando with the intention of killing the 22-year-old singer.
