In 2015 we witnessed celebrity confrontations. Nicky Minaj insulted Miley Cyrus at the MTV video awards and blamed her for using the black culture to promote her music. Cyrus replied to the rapper ‘she always wants to fight’. Minaj’s also had a run-inn with Taylor Swift after she wasn’t nominated for best video of the year. She posted on twitter ‘that if she had shown slim women’ she would have been nominated. Taylor replied ‘it all ended up in tweets saying how much they loved each other’. The Kardashian’s Kendall and Kylie Jenner were snubbed by Rebel Wilson when the actress refused to give an award with them at the MTV Video Awards. Wilson ‘said that the sisters were famous talentless and not hard workers’.
