Ingredients:

100g blueberries

Blueberry Energy Bites

Blueberry Energy Bites

90g rolled oats

50g flakes almonds

12 large pitted and chopped dates

1tsp cinnamon

Preparation:

Let the Dates soak in warm water for 10 min.

Then mix all ingredients with a blender together until it is well combined.

Form little balls with your hands and store the balls for 30 min in the fridge.
