We've decided that ahead of this weekend's Judge's Houses stage of The X Factor competition, to take a look at our favourites from each of the categories - The Boys, The Girls, The Groups and The Overs.
Picking one definite that we pray makes the live shows as well as two extras we'd love to round out each judge's final three, we've culminated in an extremely unique list of wondrous acts that could take the nation and even world by storm!
The Boys
Must Have - Andrea Faustini
His voice control is absolutely out of this world, and his take on Whitney Houston hit 'I Didn't Know My Own Strength' reduced some of the judges to tears in the Boot Camp stage of the contest. Fighting it out in probably the toughest category this year, we hope Andrea doesn't get lost in the crowd and instead again commands his vocal to the point where Mel B and guest judge Emma Bunton simply can't say no.
Also Would Like - Paul Akister and Jake Quickenden
Both have entered the competition in the past but been eliminated before the live stages. This time round their voices, image and performance techniques are better than ever - it'd be great to see them given this new chance.
The Girls
Must Have - Emily Middlemas
Where did this girl come from? She absolutely nailed her Boot Camp performances and blew the audience away with her energetic and attention-grabbing rendition of Ellie Goulding's 'Anything Could Happen'. Forcing Cheryl to "eat humble pie", Emily proved that lowering the age limit on the contest to 15-year-olds and older was the right decision.
Also Would Like - Chloe Jasmine and Stephanie Nala
Chloe provides the right amount of versatility that this competition is in need of with a breathy, bluesy style that would sound fantastic on any jazz track. Stephanie may look familiar - she was in Britain's Got Talent finalist band The Luminites, but went solo after the band split earlier this year - a decision her mentor Cheryl should be extremely happy about.
The Groups
Must Have - New Boy Band
It did wonders for One Direction when the producers decided to throw five strangers together to form a new boy band, so why couldn't exactly the same thing happen but on a much larger scale - instead with eight rejected hopefuls? They sounded pretty fantastic in their first performances, and each member seems to have already found their place within the group. Could Louis Walsh steer this group to stardom?
Also Would Like - Blonde Electric and The Brooks
Blonde Electric need to go through to the lives for the sheer fact they're absolutely mesmerising to watch. They're the novelty act that we all need to see time and time again, so it's a good job that Louis is the one who'll be deciding if they progress. The Brooks are 15-year-old twin brothers, who ditched their guitar for the arena auditions on the advice of Simon Cowell. Their chemistry is undeniable and I think though they've got a lot to learn and grow from, they could do that with the help of the show.
The Overs
Must Have - Ben Haenow
This Croydon van driver couldn't have been happier than when he kissed Cheryl in his room audition, and now Simon Cowell has the chance to mentor him to success. He secured a seat in the 6 Seat Challenge early on and managed to remain in it for the entirety of the rest of the challenge. He feels Jay James is his biggest competition, but for me, Ben's got that little untouchable something that Jay's missing.
Also Would Like - Stevi Ritchie and Lizzy Pattinson
Stevi knows exactly what it takes to put on a show. He isn't the best vocalist but he sure does have enough energy to ensure everybody watching him is having a good time. Lizzy is almost the opposite in that when she's not singing, she's quite reserved and shy. When she does open her mouth and take on big tracks however, she's sure to impress, and has that likeability factor we always hear the judges talk about.
The X Factor continues this weekend on ITV, with Judge's Houses kicking off on Friday at 9pm.
