The reality show's bosses have reportedly put medical staff on red alert to make sure the celebrity contestants don't suffer heatstroke with temperatures of over 40 degrees predicted for some areas of Australia today (20.11.15).

The heatwave could be especially dangerous for 'Most Haunted' presenter Yvette Fielding who has a skin condition known as vitiligo and once got third degree burns in cloudy sunshine in Somerset.

A source told Mirror Online: "Medics are on extra alert because of this extreme hot weather, Yvette is at real risk with her skin if she doesn't look after herself.

"All the contestants need to keep hydrated and re-applying sunscreen. This weather is dangerous and even Aussies won't be out in the midday sun."

In addition to crew being on hand to provide Yvette with plenty of factor 50 sunscreen, they will also be keeping a close eye on older campmate Lady Colin Campbell, 66.

'I'm A Celeb' bosses are expected to give the celebrities a relatively easy day due to the conditions.

However, an insider said the humid conditions will make the camp "unbearable" and could lead to frustration and rows in camp as people try to cool off.

Meanwhile, last night's (19.11.15) episode saw new celebrities Vicky Pattison and Ferne McCann ditch Spencer to join the others at Croc Creek before sending Jorgie Porter and Brian Freedman to join him at Snake Rock.
