Pat Is Pleased
Once again Pat claimed that he was delighted that he’d been picked to undertake the Bushtucker Trial. Jessica-Jane said “Pat’s been selected for the Trial which he’s happy about because we want to do something today. He said he really wanted to do ok.”
Upon hearing the news Pat said “It’s great. I asked for it to be me again and you (the public) said yes.”
“Pat is up for everything so that was a good result because I think Sinitta is now off the hook. If he comes back with 12, he seems a little full of himself and he will have every right to be even fuller of himself
And later he said “I’ve become the new Sinitta. I can’t wait. I don’t want to sit in here all day.
And he added “I think people at home want to see me do trials at the moment because I’ve become the person they want to see go through a tough time, which is fine. I mean Sinitta went through a tough time because she showed cowardice. I’m going through a tough time because I because I threatened to cut a bear’s head off. It’s tough out there. Welcome to the real world. Welcome to the jungle.”
Lorraine said “Pat is up for everything so that was a good result because I think Sinitta is now off the hook. If he comes back with 12, he seems a little full of himself and he will have every right to be even fuller of himself.”
Fatima added “I think that he just wants to prove that he is a man.”
And Sinitta – who entered camp with Pat – said “He’ll do it. He’s hard core. He’s got a will of iron.”
As Pat left camp he said “I’ll try and bring you back a load of stars so you get an average meal. Antony replied “Whatever will be we’ll do our best (to cook something nice).
But later he added “Entertainment is the name of the game. But if you’re a bit of a knob-head then they’ll try and punish you.”
“Bye sin-binners. Have my bed made would you?” Pat shouted as he left the camp for the Trial, accompanied by Emily and Dougie. “He’s got 12 years of Funhouse behind him so I think he’ll do great” said the pop star.
Pat In The Bushman’s Bungalow
Pat was voted by the public to complete today’s Bush tucker Trial called Bushman’s Bungalow. It was set in a deserted shack set by a lake, complete with an ancient bushman rocking on a rocking chair on the veranda outside.
The spooky shack was divided into rooms, all of which hid stars – but also jungle critters and nasties. Pat had a limited amount of time in each room, during which he had to find the stars, and come face to face with the jungle inhabitants of the shack.
First up was the bedroom which hid three stars. He rummaged through drawers and cupboards, all of which were full of cockroaches and other insects. He opened a drawer at the bottom of a wardrobe and jumped as it contained a snake, but no star. Ripping back the sheets on the bed, he found that it was infested with cockroaches. After he’d finished in the bedroom he confessed to Ant and Dec that the snakes had really “freaked him out.”
Next up was the living room. He dismantled an old stove in which he found a nest of rats – but no stars. Another chest was full of rats; and a cupboard contained a possum. “This Trial is tough” puffed Pat as he ran around the room.
He then made his way to the kitchen. He clattered and crashed around the dilapidated and dirty room plunging his hand into a sink of eels. Everything he opened seemed to contain mealworms and there were flies buzzing around everywhere. The cupboards were full of rats and frogs; the drawers were full of cockroaches and he opened a fridge to find rotten fish inside.
He had to look around outside next. A rusty old bathtub contained baby crocodiles – but were they hiding any stars? There was a bandicoot in a box, and he even searched the bushman himself in his quest to earn meals for camp.
Finally he had to get into a boat contacting old fish and row to a buoy which had a star attached to it. Pat jettisoned the boat and jumped straight into the water, swimming to the buoy but was he quick enough to get there and back in time to retrieve the star?
