Vicky Pattison feels like she has "no self-worth" unless she's helping someone else.
The former 'Geordie Shore' star - who previously confronted her relationship with alcohol in Channel 4 documentary 'Vicky Pattison: Alcohol, Dad And Me' - has candidly spoken about her own "awful" behaviour after winning 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' in 2015.
Speaking to new! magazine, she said: "My self-worth is wrapped up in acts of service. I feel like I'm only good for what I can for people.
"It's about making money for agents, taking my sister on vacation, and being there for my friends. It's everything.
"I have no self-worth if I am not adding anything useful to someone's life."
The 35-year-old star admitted she isn't sure if that stems from her dad John's addiction to drink, or her early career in television.
She added: "I don't know if that is a product of being the child of an alcoholic father and experiencing low self-esteem.
"Or it's the product of five years of participating in toxic TV shows where I had sex on TV and I felt worthless."
However, Vicky - who is engaged to former builder Ercan Ramadan, 29 - is happy with her man and the work they're putting in to "be a successful couple".
She said "There have been a few bobby-dazzlers but what I have with Ercan is much better.
"He is right for me and we are not perfect, but I don't know many couples who are. But we work hard to be a successful couple.
"I think we are really progressive and modern in the sense that my job requires me to travel all over the place and work hard, long hours.
"It's very predictable, but he backs me and sometimes he is at home with the dogs. It takes such a strong man to welcome a woman like me at the end of the day."
