'Love Island' couple Olivia Hawkins and Maxwell Samuda have split.
The 27-year-old actress and the 23-year-old finance student - who were voted off the show just days before the final last month - have "naturally drifted apart" since leaving the villa so have decided to call time on their romance, just days after the grid girl denied they were on the rocks after Maxwell was spotted on a lads holiday in Mexico and Olivia attended a red carpet event on her own.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Although it was rumoured they’d already split they only had a proper chat about where their relationship was going yesterday, and they both agreed the writing was on the wall.
"They had fun while it lasted, and there are no hard feelings at all, but he obviously went to Mexico, and Olivia has been focusing on work projects.
"They have naturally drifted apart."
Olivia recently dismissed suggestions she and Maxwell were no longer together.
Speaking on the 'Not My Bagg' podcast, she said: “There’s been rumours that we split up.
"But no we’re literally fine. We’re really good, cool calm collected he’s a good guy and he treats me nice."
The pair are the second couple to have ended their relationship after the winter 2023 series of the dating show ended, with Casey O’Gorman and Rosie Seabrook calling it a day just a week after the programme's finale.
A source told The Sun recently: “There doesn’t appear to be a deep connection between Casey and Rosie and although they were a couple when they were in the villa – being on the outside has made them realise they’re not right for each other."
And Casey confirmed the news during an Instagram Q and A with fans.
Asked how things were with him and Rosie, he replied: "Rosie and I have spoken... she's such a great girl.
"Life outside the villa is just very different and we will remain friends moving forward!"
