Gemma Collins was forced to miss her mum and dad's wedding anniversary celebrations due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The 39-year-old TV star was unable to spend the special day with her parents due to the ongoing lockdown in the UK, and so Gemma was instead forced to post a loving message on her Instagram account.
Gemma - who has 1.6 million followers on Instagram - wrote on the photo-sharing platform: "42 YEARS MARRIED today HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to the best parents anyone could ever ask for
"you have given us the best life and showed us what love and marriage is about and that is RESPECT
"for richer for poorer in sickness and in health
"we love you so much and THANK YOU for teaching us everything you have in life and that's to WORK HARD and APPRECIATE everything .... in recent events re the media please spend more time with your family's (sic)"
The outspoken TV star - who first found fame on 'The Only Way Is Essex' - recently revealed her mum Joan was in recovery after battling pneumonia in hospital.
At the time, she posted on social media: "Thank you to all the nurses who helped my mum she's had pneumonia and on the mend NHS thank you thank you so over stretched right now my mum has rheumatoid arthritis and is high risk to infection. (sic)"
Joan has been in and out of hospital in recent times, and she now has to use a wheelchair to get around.
Gemma is currently separated from her mum due to the ongoing pandemic, which has prompted a nationwide lockdown in the UK.
