Ekin-Su Culculoglu has been warned to stop posting photos on holiday after an attempted burglary on her house.
The 'Love Island' star and her partner Davide Sanclimenti - with whom she won the reality show last summer - were enjoying an exotic getaway in the Maldives when men dressed as maintenance workers allegedly tried to break into their £5,000 a month apartment in East London.
Sharing surveillance footage on Instagram, Davide wrote: "Stay far away from our house motherf******. Police is after you. (sic)"
As reported by the Daily Mirror newspaper, the security team at the riverside apartment block - where the couple moved in November 2022 - alerted them to the incident, while the man didn't get inside the property.
The couple have continued to update their social medial followers on their trip since the alleged break-in attempt.
An insider told the outlet: "They've been advised to be wary of posting any social media content from holidays until they're back home.
"But they're young and excited to be on glamorous trips. Social media content is also a huge part of their jobs."
Meanwhile Davide, 27, was recently forced to address rumours his relationship with Ekin-Su, 27, is a "showmance" because of how little they post on social media together.
He said: "I read a comment saying we were fake because we barely post on social media together.
"But I’m just not a social media person. I don’t blame people – they only know us for what they have seen. But those who have seen us in real life cannot believe anyone would think we are fake.
"Luca [Bish, runner-up on 'Love Island'] mentioned how we were such a lovely couple. And [fellow Islander] Dami Hope said the same. That’s why we don’t care about those kinds of comments."
Meanwhile, former 'Dancing on Ice' contestant Ekin-Su explained that their relationship is not "for the world" and compared their stance on social media to that of other celebrity couples such as Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright, and fellow 'Love Island' stars Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury.
In the joint interview, she added: "We don’t want everyone to know everything. Our relationship is between two people, not the world. We don’t need to prove to anyone that we are real."
