Doug Jones is now onboard with The CW hit superhero series Arrow.

The actor is to step into the role of DC villain Deathbolt, reports IGN, and is to appear in episode 19 of the third season.
Titled 'Broken Arrow', it's not yet become clear just how Deathbolt AKA Jake Simmons will come into the Arrow storyline.
The character first appeared in 1983 in comics where he showed the ability of controlling electricity.
He'll appear in Arrow as a metahuman with the ability to exploit plasma energy, and so it's looking likely that some Flash characters will crossover into this episode in particular, following confirmation that Joe West and Cisco will make the jump.
Jones has in the past appeared in Hocus Pocus, Pan's Labyrinth, Batman Returns and Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer.
This news comes after Arrow boss Marc Guggenheim denied claims that John Diggle would go on to become Green Lantern.
Arrow airs on The CW in America and on Sky1 in the UK.
