Iggy Azalea is one of the best known female rappers of the modern day, but when it comes to her releasing her sophomore album, she's had to delay the process.

Speaking to PEOPLE, Azalea explained: "I kind of had my personal life fall apart. I needed a lot of time. I mean, you wake up one morning and your fiancé is having a baby with someone else, you're going to need some time, right?"
Azalea is of course referencing her former engagement to LA Lakers basketball player Nigh Young, whom she parted ways with earlier this year after a whirlwind romance from June 2015.
The rapper also offered some information about how the record's direction may have changed because of what went on in her personal life.
She said: "I just kind of felt like, on top of me needing the personal time, [I was] then feeling, 'Okay, I'm single now. I want to have sexy songs. I want to say stuff about being single.' I obviously didn't write that on my [original new] album because when I wrote it I was about to get married."
