Swedish House Mafia and Anna Calvi will be honoured at the 2012 European Border Breaker Awards.
The ceremony celebrates new or emerging European artists who achieve success outside their home country with their first international album.
Swedish House Mafia will be hailed for 2010's Until One release, while Calvi has earned praise for her self-titled debut, which landed her a Mercury Music Prize nomination in the UK.
Next year's awards ceremony will also recognise Dutch DJ Afrojack, Irish folk star James Vincent McMorrow and French soul singer Ben l'Oncle Soul.
A total of 10 stars from different countries across Europe have been selected as winners and will all perform at the event in January.
One honouree will also be chosen as the overall fan favourite by public vote.
