Peter Andre is said to be livid over the news that his ex-wife Katie Price is planning on launching a new range of kiddies make-up, with their daughter Princess as the cover girl.

Fans of Katie Price’s ‘What Katie Did Next’ show would have last week seen the star in a meeting with her ‘people’ discussing plans for her new beauty range, when talk turned to kids beauty products.

During the filming, Katie’s best mate Michelle Heaton had given Princess a makeover and those pictures were put up on Facebook, prompting an outcry from people (including Pete) who were appalled that Katie would allow her two year old to look like that.

A friend of Peter said; "Peter's concerns are genuine. He really doesn't think it is right to see a child wearing make-up. He's hoping that it's some sort of joke - or that she sees sense and doesn't ahead with it."

Katie didn’t seem to bother though, as she pitched her ideas for Princess as the face of the range she said; "Obviously the story would be she nicks my make-up all the time. It's not safe for her to use a lady's mascara."

She goes on to admit she wants to create; "Edible lipstick, little case with wipes to take your make-up off. You can get a nice case for make-up wipe, lipsticks, blushers and mascara and nail varnishes." Before the manager of the perfume brand shockingly says; "There will be a lot of PR from this because it can be quite controversial."

Controversial?! You’re kidding me right? Caking a two year old in make-up not only takes away much of their childhood innocence as we try to make them grow up far too much, but it also could lead to a HUGE backlash over the sexualisation of young girls.

What do YOU think? Has Katie gone one step too far?
