Madonna’s ‘Sticky And Sweet’ Tour has fallen into sadness after one person has died and seven have been left injured following the collapse of part of her tour set.
A portion of the backdrop for her world stage show reportedly subsided in Marseilles, France earlier today, and in a statement, the singer said; "I am devastated to have just received this tragic news,"
"My prayers go out to those who were injured and their families along with my deepest sympathy to all those affected by this heartbreaking news."
It is believed that police and fire officials have shut down the stadium as they try to rescue those still trapped inside.
