Cassandra Gretchen-Sims is thought to be a Jackson insider, and in an interview on journalist Derek Clontz's Website, she said that Jackson faked his death in order to relieve the stress weighing upon him.
The Autopsy Was As Fake As MJ's "Death."
Obviously a living man can’t be autopsied can he? So obviously someone other than the King Of Pop was laying on the slab in the Los Angeles Coroner's Office. According to a video on YouTube, officials tried to confuse the public with contradictary and outright fake autopsy results…. The coroner's office announced the anesthetic Propofol contributed to Jackson's death, and later said no pills or illegal drugs were found in Jackson's system.
MJ Is a Master of Disguise
Obviously now that he’s ‘dead’, Michael can’t just pop down to his local Co-Op for a pint of milk, so rumour has it that he’s donned a number of disguises, even appearing at his own funeral. Personally I really can’t see Michael blending in with the crowd no matter where he chooses to hide out.

The 1989 music video in which a bevy of stars (Steven Spielberg, John Travolta, Whoopi Goldberg, etc) gather on a set to await Jackson only to learn that he has been filming them all along seems to be the one thing, perhaps above all others, that gives the death-hoax believers hope.
