From the moment that it was announced that Matt Damon was set to return to the Jason Bourne franchise, it is a movie that I have been thoroughly looking forward to.

At last night's Super Bowl, we were not only treated to the first footage from the upcoming movie, but it was also revealed that new film would be called Jason Bourne.
This is the fifth film in the franchise and the fourth time that Damon has played the title role as he reunites with filmmaker Paul Greengrass.

This is the first time that we have seen Damon take on the role of Bourne since The Bourne Ultimatum back in 2007. He is not the only familiar face on the cast list as Julia Stiles is back as Nicky.
There is a whole host of great new faces on board as Alicia Vikander, Tommy Lee Jones, Vincent Cassel, and Riz Ahmed will star alongside Damon and Stiles.
Greengrass was at the helm for The Bourne Supremacy and The Bourne Ultimatum and this is his first collaboration with Damon since The Green Zone back in back in 2010. It is the first time we have seen him in the director's chair since Captain Phillips in 2013.
While the plot for the new film is being kept a closely guarded secret, we know that Bourne will be drawn out of the shadows once more.
Jason Bourne is released 29th July.
