Sienna Miller prefers snapping up high street bargains to investing in designer clothes.
The 42-year-old 'Alfie' star - who has collaborated on a second collection with Marks and Spencer - thinks there's "no point" spending a lot of money when you can get perfectly good pieces in reasonably-priced shops but she does still splash the cash on expensive knitwear and shoes.
She told Grazia magazine: "I wear a lot of high-street clothes because I’m fickle and impatient – I get bored quickly and you can find amazing pieces.
"I have an 11-year-old so I’m always in Urban Outfitters these day.
"I like to buy expensive knitwear and designer shoes. And for work I get to wear glamorous things, but day-to-day there’s no point spending a lot of money when you can get something beautifully made on the high street."
Sienna previously revealed her top style tip is to make sure you have a "great pair of jeans" because they can "elevate" any outfit.
The movie star explained she always sticks to her favourite denim which she teams with a good jumper and nice accessories, telling Stylist magazine: "I have quite a clear aesthetic of what works for me. I think a great pair of jeans, shoes will elevate any outfit, a great jumper.
"I tend to wear a lot of jeans, and then earrings and accessories or a nice watch."
Sienna added she has quite an extensive collection of knitwear and she loves one particular jumper - from high street store Reiss - and her 11-year-old daughter Marlowe often borrows it.
She said: "I like to buy knitwear. I have a great jumper from Reiss (a crew-neck mid-grey cashmere jumper) – you’d never know it wasn’t The Row. It’s a perfect jumper. My daughter nicked it and looked amazing in it."
