Roberto Cavalli's H&M collection was launched today and crowds gathered from 6am this morning to get a first glimpse at what is perhaps the most highly anticipated designer/highstreet collaboration ever.
Queues outside the Oxford Circus branch of the Swedish chan tailed right down the street and around the corner and extra staff had to be called in to deal with the hordes of ashion fans desperate to bag a piece of the new collection.
Cavalli is one of the world's most popular designers and the H&M collection offers his signature sexy animal print designs at highstreet prices. The range also includes lots of silks, denim and faux fur with tons of fancy frill embellishment.

The designer announced last year that he had joined forces with the high street store to produce a a 25 piece collection for women and a 20 piece collection for men.
Cavalli himself is delighted to be finally putting his famous rock and roll style on the highstreet: "I enthusiastically welcomed this invitation, proud to bring the lively and positive spirit of my work to a new audience, who will be able to see and interpret my style in an individual way," he commented.
