Matt Roberts comments "The Internet has transformed entertainment, retail and travel, but is yet to have any real impact on the fitness industry. We are hoping that the launch of Body.Network will change that and deliver the biggest range of training and nutritional programmes to as many people as possible in the comfort of their living room and at a fraction of the cost of a gym membership or personal trainer. Body.Network has the potential to be the 'Netflix for Fitness' and that's the mission we're working to."
Body.Network has been developed to be your Personal Trainer and Health Club. Some of the live and on-demand classes currently being broadcast include high intensity training, Pilates, yoga, post-natal classes, nutritional advice, running and mindfulness programmes.
