The Only Way is Essex star, Ellie Redman made sure she was ready for the beach in Marbella this year by following a "really wicked" diet.
She was certainly bikini ready when she hit the beach with the rest of the cast in early June - but instead of following the unhealthy 'No Carbs before Marbs' she opted for a low carbs before Marbs.
"I love my food, but I also like to be slim and sexy," says Ellie. "I've found the way to keep in shape with no stress - I follow the All About Weight 50/50 plan. It's a low carb diet but you don't have to do any of that boring weighing and calorie-counting."
The All About Weight Plans have four different options which are designed to fit different lifestyles and weight loss goals; some of which involve eating up to seven times a day - combining pre-pared Mealpaks and snacks from a selection of 'allowed' foods.
Ellie continues to gush about the plan saying: "The best thing is that the food on the diet is really wicked - it's not like a diet at all. I especially like the cookie 'n cream milkshake and the cottage pie. Not really things you'd expect to have on a diet."
She said that she took Mealpaks with her on holiday and managed to stick to her eating plan "pretty well on the whole". Which is surprising, as this is where most Brits start to put back on the weight from the pre-holiday diet.
Alison Wetton, All About Weight Founder and CEO, explains that they are delighted to welcome Ellie as a client, she says: "She joins thousands of others across the country who have got into shape for summer, and are finding it easy to stay slim and healthy."
Alison says that anyone, like Ellie, who is in bikini shape for the summer, shouldn't be too concerned about a little over-indulgence during their holidays. "Eating and drinking is all part of the fun on holiday, so it's okay to make the most of it for a couple of weeks because once you get home you'll quickly shed any excess when you get back onto your meal plan."
Alison explains that a scientifically formulated eating plan like those offered by All About Weight was more efficient and safe than very strict 'no carbs' diets, which did not provide the necessart nutriet balance to maintain blood sugar levels.
"Our plans eliminate bad carbohydrates and lower overall carbohydrate intake whilst giving enough low GI - slow release - carbs to balance blood sugar peaks and troughs. This gives you sustained energy throughout your day and also makes it easier to resist the unnecessary snacking."
All of the All About Weight Mealpaks per day give 100 per cent of the recommended daily allowance of all vitamins, essential fatty acids, minerals and good quality proteins.
