Lindsay Lohan's Lover Joins Her At Birthday Bash....
Lindsay Lohan was in for a special treat when she celebrated her 21st birthday at Courteney Cox's Malibu, California home on Monday (02Jul07) - her boyfriend flew in from London for the big bash.British reality TV star Calum Best joined Lohan as she took a break from rehab at nearby Promises to party with members of her family and a few close friends.The morning after the big bash, as Lohan returned to rehab, Best was spotted contemplating life and love at a home he's renting just two doors from the party venue.The former model has been supporting Lohan since her rehab stint began last month (Jun07), and recently called his girlfriend "fantastic" in a magazine interview.Best, the son of late Irish soccer legend George Best, started dating Lohan last year (06), but their romance turned serious in May (07) when the model flew to New York to be the actress' date at the premiere for Georgia Rule.The couple then holidayed together on Paradise Island in the Bahamas.Shortly after that vacation, and just before Lohan checked into rehab, Best said, "It's early days, but it's going real great. She's a fantastic girl."Meanwhile, the actress' mother, Dina Lohan, tells website People.com her daughter's 21st was "a quiet, lovely day with family and true friends."
Lohan checked into rehab in May (07) after being charged with driving under the influence following a Beverly Hills, California car smash.
She called off her original plans for a two-day birthday celebration at Pure nightclub in Las Vegas shortly afterwards.
