Yolanda Foster has sold her home in Malibu.
The 51-year-old model has waved goodbye to her lavish property in California, which she put on the market over a year ago, in order to focus on her battle with Lyme disease.
The blonde beauty took to her Instagram account last night (25.10.15) to share one final photograph of her "dream house" as she and her husband David shared a passionate smooch in front of their outdoor pool as the sun went down.
She accompanied the stunning snap with the caption: "Beautiful ending to a beautiful chapter of our life...... Colorful memories of Love, Life and Family will live within our hearts forever. #SaluteToMalibuMagic #ByeByeHomeSweetHome #OverAndOut (sic)."
Yolanda announced 18 months ago that she'd put the luxurious estate on the market for $27.5 million, but it's not known how much she got for it at the recent sale.
Speaking to UsWeekly magazine, she said previously: "This is our dream home, but due to my battle with Lyme disease for the past two years I just don't have the strength to run this almost five-acre property anymore and should really focus on my recovery with as little stress as possible."
She added: "My daughter Gigi moved to New York last July and my Bella will move this July, so it will be just the two of us with my 14-year-old son, Anwar."
Yolanda has battled with Lyme disease, which is passed on to humans via an infected tick, since 2012.
Her children Bella, 18, and Anwar Hadid, now 16, have also been secretly struggling with the illness for over three years.
