Katie Price ignored medical advice for four of her pregnancies.
The 38-year-old former glamour model - who has sons Harvey, 14, Junior, 11, Jett, two, as well as daughters Princess, nine, and 22-month-old Bunny - has revealed she broke all the rules after she gave birth to her first child, because she was "so good" during the pregnancy yet he was still born with a number of health problems, including Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS) and autism.
Speaking on UK TV show 'Loose Women' on Tuesday (05.07.16), she said: "With Harvey I was really good, but still you can still go out.
"I had lots of speculation with his problems I was blamed for my partying. But in fact I wasn't partying at all.
"So with - I can't even remember their names now - the other four kids I was eating cheese, fish and everything you don't do, because I was so good with Harvey and look what happened. I'm not saying that in a bad way, I love him to bits, and they have come out fine."
And the mother of five pities all women who are expecting babies because they are bombarded with advice and recommendations, which change frequently.
She explained: "But I think in every case when you have a baby they always find something different, even with their sleeping - don't put them on their backs, don't put them on their fronts, sides. It's like if you are a first time mum these days God knows what it would be like. You'd drive yourself mad, you wouldn't know what to believe."
Meanwhile, the television personality has revealed she craved ice cubes during each pregnancy.
She said: "I always eat ice but I think that's because I become anaemic. They say you have ice when you're anaemic."
