John Legend and Chrissy Teigen are selling their New York City apartment for $4.5 million.
The couple, who got married in Italy in 2013, have put their lavish one-bedroom condo in Nolita, Manhattan on the market after carrying out extensive renovations since they bought it for $2.5 million in 2012.
Located in the 19th Century Brewster Carriage House, the charming 1,969-square-feet property, which graced the cover of Architectural Digest in February, blends rustic and industrial features, including reclaimed wood floors, exposed brick walls and warm metallic finishes.
With views of the city, the condo is described by Compass Real Estate as a "one-of-a-kind celebrity loft" with an open and spacious plan that "allows for effortless entertaining or enjoying one's privacy."
The apartment also boasts a doorman, underfloor heating, high ceilings, walk-in closets, huge windows, a gas fireplace and an alcove that could be used as a guest room, office or library.
Top model Chrissy, 29, has regularly spoken about her love of cooking and is currently writing her first recipe book, so it's no surprise the chef's kitchen has a large custom-built island with top of the line appliances.
'All of Me' hitmaker John, 36, previously revealed they fell in love with the condo because they "wanted a place that was much more homey and had more soul to it."
Chrissy added: "This apartment embodies everything that I love. I love dark and rustic, but it's still very clean and very chic. It just feels like our place in LA as well, but in New York."
