Christie Brinkley wouldn't make it in the modelling industry today because she's "not thin enough".
The 61-year-old model insists she wouldn't get booked for a job alongside the likes of Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid nowadays because she's not the right size.
Speaking on The Wendy Williams Show, she shared: "There's no doubt these girls are drop dead gorgeous. But this is what our industry considers 'sporty, voluptuous' full bodies. And Victoria's Secret models used to be much fuller. And in my opinion, they're gorgeous, yes, but they're thin.
"Our industry is getting sort of thinner and thinner. If I tried to be a model today, there's no way. I would never make it in the industry."
Meanwhile, Christie previously admitted to trying botox but claimed it made her eyebrows feel too "claustrophobic" and now feels exercise and diet is far more important than going under the knife.
She explained: "I tried Botox in the forehead. I'm not a fan. I won't ever do that again. I didn't like the claustrophobic feeling of not being able to do whatever I want with my eyebrows ...
"How you eat and how you exercise, these all play a tremendous role in how you feel, and therefore, how you look. And a smile will give your face an instant lift and it also releases endorphins."
