Ant and Dec are going to live on the same street.
Declan Donnelly is hiring the same architect that built Ant McPartlin's house, to build him an identikit pad - just doors away from Ant's home in Chiswick, west London.
Spokesman for the 'PokerFace' presenters Simon Jones said: "Declan hasn't actually moved into his house yet but he is having it rebuilt.
"I wouldn't say he is playing catch-up. They are in the same area and their new homes are a few streets from where they used to live.
"They are best friends and enjoy each other's company - there is no harm in that."
The 'I'm a Celebrity' duo - inseparable on and off screen since they first appeared in 'Biker Grove' together as boys - were neighbours before.
But Ant moved into his £2.3million house a few streets away after marrying make-up artist girlfriend Lisa Armstrong last year. The swish pad - built in mock Edwardian style - features an exercise room, pool and Jacuzzi room, and wine cellar.
