Louis Walsh is holding open auditions to find a new girl group.
The 'X Factor' judge will be joined by Westlife singer Kian Egan in managing the band, which - like Girls Aloud, who Louis used to manage - will be made up of five female singers between the ages of 16 and 25.
Open auditions will take place in Dublin next weekend (26.07.08) at the same venue the pop svengali used in his search to find members of Boyzone and Westlife.
Both Louis and Kian will judge the auditions with the singer saying: "I am really hoping we are going to see and hear some great talent from all parts of the country.
"I know how much an audition like this can change your life - so my advice is to go for it."
All those hoping to attend the audition have been advised by Louis' spokesperson to: "Know what you are going to sing, learn the lyrics and put some thought into your appearance."
All hopefuls must sing a capella.
