Gisele Bundchen is being sued by a man who injured himself while working on her house, according to reports.
The supermodel is subject of a lawsuit after carpenter Martin Marrero, suffered a fractured shoulder, broken ribs and herniated spinal discs after he fell off a staircase in Gisele's New York apartment, according to the New York Post.
The workman claims that the he got his injuries after he fell on a staircase in the apartment that did not have a handrail.
