Sharon Stone's Mothering Skills Criticised In Court Document.... Movie star Sharon Stone's mothering skills were dramatically criticised by the California officials who rejected the actress' request for a change in her child custody arrangements earlier this month (Sep08) - they accused her of overreacting to her son Roan's medical issues.
In a Tentative Statement of Decision, obtained by website Tmz.com, some of the reasons behind the result of the latest court battle between Stone and her ex-husband, Phil Bronstein, are laid out.
And the court officials weren't being kind to the celebrity mum.
They state, "Mother appears to overreact to many medical issues involving Roan," explaining that the actress thought her son had a spinal condition, but "there was no evidence to support this allegation."
And, in a more serious matter, the court document reads, "Another example of an overreaction is that Mother suggested that Roan should have Botox injections in his feet to resolve a problem he had with foot odor.
"As Father appropriately noted, the simple and common sense approach of making sure Roan wore socks with his shoes and used foot deodorant corrected the odor problem without the need for any invasive procedure on this young child."
And, firing back at Stone's claims she had put her acting career on hold for her son, the judge overseeing the case raged, "If Mother has, in fact, limited her career to make herself available for Roan, she has done little to make this evident to Roan, his school or this Court."
