'Good Role Models' Kept Ronnie Wood And Wife Together....

wife JO is convinced her marriage to the Rolling Stone is successful because they both grew up with happy parents.

The 51-year-old ex-model has had counselling sessions to ease the 'heartbreak' she felt over Wood's problems with alcohol, but still describes the Start Me Up rocker as her best friend.

She says, "I believe that one of the reasons my marriage has survived so long is because Ronnie and I are such good friends.

"We love each other, but we also really get on. Also, I think it helps we've both had good role models.

"My parents stayed together until the day that my dad died and Ronnie's parents stayed together too".
