You’d think Fergie would take her music career very seriously these days, but apparently not, as she swigged bottles of wine whilst recording The E.N.D, so she could show fans what it’s like to party with the Black Eyed Peas.
Now, to be honest, I’m not really a fan of their latest song, and I’m not really a fan of the Pogues either, who sound sloshed on all their singles, so what exactly Fergie was thinking of I have no idea.
The band's fifth studio album features the party-themed track Out Of My Head, which opens with Fergie slurring, "I'm so tipsy," and pop star Fergie was determined to stay true to the lyrics, forcing her bandmates to guzzle booze with her in the studio.
She explains, "This song reminds me of the fun character of (Black Eyed Peas' 2005 song) My Humps. I told Will we have to get some wine if I'm going to do this correctly. I'm not going to front on this song. So we all got a little tipsy."
Very professional - what a great role model you are to teens.
