London Woman Loses Out In Michael Jackson Custody....

A London woman who claims she is the biological mother of Michael Jackson's three children has lost her legal attempt to share custody of the kids after failing to provide any evidence to support her claims.

Nona Paris Lola Jackson, 36, alleges she is the biological mother of the Thriller star's kids, Prince Michael I, Paris Michael and Prince Michael II (aka Blanket).

Jackson's ex-wife Deborah Rowe is generally acknowledged to be the mother of Jackson's two older children, but it is unknown who gave birth to Blanket.

Nona filed court papers in October (06) asking for a say in the custody arrangement between Jackson and Rowe. Nona maintains she has had a sexual relationship with Jackson and claims she has written 3,000 songs for him.

On Wednesday (15Aug07), Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Robert A. Schnider denied Nona's request for physical custody of the children and her second request to nullify the singer's previous marriages to Rowe and Lisa Marie Presley.

Schnider said, "I feel her evidence fails to establish any genetic relationship between herself and the Jackson-Rowe children."

Nona has attempted to have a say on the custody battle on several occasions in 2006 and 2007, but all have been rejected by a judge over lack of evidence and her failure to notify Jackson and Rowe of her claims.
