With the stakes high for some lucky graduates, the Gala Show at Earl's Court London last night was the talking point for the best in the business.

It was a night of excitment, nerves and A-listers as designers, models, industry professionals and of course celebrities came together to celebrate and support the freshest faces in fashion for the 2011 Graduate Fashion Week sponsored by George.

Culture Minister Ed Vaizey who came to see the work at the event with George Brand Director Fiona Lambert and the founders of the event  - Jeff Banks and Terry Mansfield.

Sugarbabe Heidi Range looked great arriving at the 20th anniversary of the Graduate Fashion Show. It's great for the event to see so many famous faces turning out, showing how valuable Fashion Week is to the graduates.

Eastenders actors Marc Elliot and Nina Wadia were also attending flying the flag for fashion!

Marc looks adorable in this smart jacket. Casually smart for the event.

With the aim of the night being to nuture the up and coming talent in the country and promote its place in the economy - it is no wonder that it got a lot of attention.

Singer Sophie Ellis Bextor wore a flattering gold wrap dress. Although we would have liked to have seen some different shoes to give the leg a little more length. Glam up with some sparkling heals perhaps?

You can never go wrong in an elegant black suit. Looks sexy, stylish and sophisticated.

Lydia Bright from popular show The Only Way is Essex looks fab in this simple white dress. Again looking bang on for the season, the detail at the neckline is just the right amount to compliment the dress without taking away from the purity of the white. We love it!

Stunning stylist Grace Woodward (left) looks great in this rich amber colour. Very much a summer colour and inspiring fashion hopefuls with her industry inspriation.

Model and writer Laura Bailey (right) looking lovely at the Gala Show last night.

Chairman of the British Fashion Council  Harold Tilman set the style bar high turning up looking dashing in this pin-striped suit.

Now that's fashion!
