From increasing numbers of models adorning the covers of style glossies to designers turning their pencils, sketch pads and attention to the wardrobes of thousands of ladies all over the world.
Comedy actress and funny lady Melissa McCarthy is the latest plus sized celebrity to share her issues with the lack of wearable fashion for bigger ladies.
Star of hit film Bridesmaids and TV show Gilmore Girls even decided to take matters in to her own hands and designed her own gown for the Emmy Awards this year.
With long sleeves and a plunging neckline, her floorlength, navy gown suited her womanly curves with slimming style.
McCarthy has even gone onto say that she would like to take her design flare further by design a plus size clothing range to help other ladies with plenty of curves.
