'Dog' Chapman's First Son Sold Previous Bogus Story....
American Tv star Duane 'Dog' Chapman's eldest son Christopher Heck lied when he sold his own story to the National Enquirer magazine in 2006.The star of reality programme Dog, The Bounty Hunter, has been embroiled in controversy after he was heard referring to his other son Tucker's Latino girlfriend as a "whore" and a "n**ger" in a tape recording, which he then sold to the U.S. tabloid National Enquirer. And while Heck spoke out in his father's defence on Wednesday (06Nov07), he admitted to talkshow host Larry King on Wednesday (07Nov07) that he, too, had sold a story for cash after being released from prison last year (06).Chapman Snr. says, "Christopher got out of prison last year and immediately went to the Enquirer and... said some terrible things. So Christopher came yesterday and said, "Dad, I'm sorry I did the same thing. And I go, 'Why are you guys doing this?'" Heck explains, "They came to me offering me money and I needed money. I needed fast cash. They said they were able to deliver."What I told them was basically was a bunch of lies just to try to get the money. They said, 'the more dirt, the better.' "Most of the questions that had to do with my dad and crack cocaine and being racist, those were all lies."Chapman's television programme was pulled indefinitely by U.S. production company A&E last Thursday (01Nov07) after the tape of his controversial phone conversation with his son Tucker was made public. But the star is leaving his fate in the hands of God.Chapman adds, "Well, hopefully... I stand for second chance also. So hopefully America will forgive me. I think that black America has forgiven me more than white America right now... I'm an optimist. I'm praying, my God, please forgive me. And that's what I count on."
