Gerry Gets the Boot
Gerry became the tenth housemate to be from the Big Brother house last night after the gurus were forced to choose between him and Carole.The gay greek begged Ziggy, Tracey and the twins to give him the boot when Big Brother revealed that they had to chose who between the two housemates with the highest votes.All four chose to evict Gerry and there were tears all round and he left the house for good.If the final decision had been left to the viewers house mum Carole would have been evicted with a massive 49% of votes compared to Gerry's 24%.Speaking to Davina Gerry said there was more to Carole than what people think: "You only see grumpy morning Carole, but she is very altruistic and you don't see that," he said.When asked about Carole's arguments over food he said: "This was a plan by Big Brother to remove her role as a domestic controller, which is what kept her sane. She broke the rules, but f*** the rules! She's been a mother all her life, but once she saw her children hungry, she lost the plot."But Gerry wasn't quite so quick to stick up for Tracey: "Tracey is the one person in the House that I wouldn't like to see winning. She's there to win, and she'll change her friendships and be a chameleon in order to try and win. She doesn't convince me," he said.
Gerry didn't find love in the house but perhaps if Liam lost a few pounds he might be in with a shot: "I didn't fancy him. He's too big for me. He's got beautiful blue eyes. He's a good-looking chap," he told Davina.
And we bet Liam is thanking the lord for making pies so tasty.
