Demi Moore only achieved the figure she wanted when she stopped trying.The actress - who once put herself on strict diets and endured gruelling exercise regimes to stay in shape - took a break from Hollywood, eased up on her healthy regimes and found she suddenly achieved her dream figure.Demi told Vanity Fair magazine: "When I stepped away, which was on the heels of 'G.I. Jane', I'd been on a long physical run of absolutely manipulating and forcing my body. But I didn't find that there was a peace that came with that, and when I stepped away I thought, 'I just have to stop.' "I actually stopped exercising and started to eat in a way that was very reasonable. And the amazing thing is, my body transformed closer to what I had always hoped for."Meanwhile, Demi has revealed she once posed naked for a photo shoot despite husband Ashton Kutcher forbidding it.Ashton hired top photographer Mario Testino to take intimate portraits of the 'Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle' actress for her 41st birthday present, but ordered that there be "no nudes".Demi confessed: "Of course Ashton said, 'No nudes', and the first thing Mario said to us is 'Let's get naked.'
