Adele is always sick before she performs.
The 'Chasing Pavements' singer suffers from terrible nerves before singing live, but never gets worried about appearing before a large crowd.
She said: "Singing is the only thing I have a passion for and it puts me at ease. I'm more at ease in front of 1,000 people than I am at home in my room with two friends.
"But I get s**t scared before I go on stage. I always puke before I go on. Well, I don't always puke. But I always heave and get a bit sick. The ones where I haven't, have been s**t concerts."
Adele has also revealed she is planning to move to New York.
The British star is hoping the Big Apple will inspire her new album.
She said: "I've decided to move to New York to write my album. I have to change my environment and start again. And, until I have something normal that someone's sister, auntie, cousin or mother can relate to. I won't be writing anything."
