Beyonce album pulled

Due to the copyright infringement case between Des'ree and Sony BMG over the song 'I'm Kissing You' Beyonce has been forced to pull the re-released version of her platinum selling B Day album from shelves. Sony BMG and Beyonce failed to get 'proper' clearance for the Des'ree hit 'Still in love (Kissing You)' and went ahead and shot a video for the song without the necessary permission. The song has also been pulled from digital outlets but the remaining songs from the album remain for download.The preliminary injunction has been set for May 4th and it could end the distribution of the album permanently if Sony BMG were to be found guilty. But the company already have plans to re-release the project void of the Des'ree song.
