As you can tell I am new to this section because I have just found out I am pregnant and I no I am going to need as much help during my 9 months as I can get. So if there are any mums out there who can help me I would really appreciate it, I big this is the birth does it hurt as much as they say it does.

With mine the contractions were painful but bearable with the old gas and air, but the birth itself was must have been but you get so into the birth you just don't notice and when the baby is put on your chest who cares what the pain may have been anyway. Don't worry just keep posting and chat its the best way because if you sit there on your own you just make a bigger deal of what isn't to bad really
