I have used quite a number and Yes you can lose your virginity with them, take things very slowly, go for the small ones first and spend sometime on yourself.

Remember the cheap ones can be noisy so careful where you play, you can get some very nice small ones around £15 - £20, shop aroung the internet full of them.
