hi i came here coz deres always somone dat knows something my mate has recently given mee acoppied program of something that was to expensive to buy and i know that it is dogey so is there anyway that i can scan the cd for viruses?

Erm, these forums are really not a place for you to discuss the fact that you're breaking the law and stealing the food from the table of software developers like myself.

If you're too stupid to be able to break the law without asking for help then I suggest that you don't use the software. Go find a free, if far less functional alternative.

If you do install it from the dodgy CD then you deserve to pick up a trojan which uses your system to host kiddy porn.

same way you scan any file (in your virus scanner select to scan the cd)
