Barbados in Hurricane Season

Has anyone ever been to barbados in Hurricanre season as I am going in August for my honeymoon and worried it is going to rain a lot Confused

yeh i went a couple of years ago. I got of the planend it was raining!! Boiling hot but raining which was like stepping into a sauna.For the most part we had really good weather but a couple of torrential down purs which were kinda exciting cos i never seen rain that hard before but tru i was 18 at the time and gettin caught in the rain on a tropical island with a group of friends can be fun...i wouldnt worry though its barbados you cant not enjoy yourself!! Have fun and make sure you go to oistins and harbour lights and when i went there was this sexy dark skinned guy doing the tours on the submarine...they give you free rum and coke my uncle doesnt know it but i had about 3 extra glasses on the sly and believe me was a fun trip!!

ive been to Barbados a couple of times but its always during Crop Over sEason....aka....Kadooment...Carnival time!!! Razz

Thats in the middle of july till the first week of august.....
its always hottttttttttttttt n nice

it might rain a bit like 10-20 min n then the sun takes over...so dont u worry....u WILL enjoy the weather No doubt
